个人简介
北京大学生物医学前沿创新中心研究员,北京未来基因诊断高精尖创新中心研究员,2008 年本科毕业于武汉大学,2014年毕业于中国科学院北京基因组研究所,获基因组学博士学位。2015 年至2021年在加州大学圣地亚哥分校 Ludwig Cancer Institute 进行博士后研究工作。曾获得 2014 年赛诺菲巴斯德与北京生命科学研究院生物医学奖和中国科学院院长优秀奖等。科研成果发表在 Cancer Cell,Nature Methods 等国际期刊。李国强博士于2021年3月入职北京大学,任北京大学生物医学前沿创新中心和北京未来基因诊断高精尖创新中心研究员。
李国强博士一直致力于癌症和表观基因组学交叉领域的机制研究和技术研发,并取得了一系列研究成果:阐明了E3泛素连接酶接头蛋白SPOP促进肾癌发展的致病机制;首次发现了人类体外受精胚胎中异常的DNA甲基化重编程并开发了全新的胚胎植入前表观遗传检测技术;研发了单细胞水平同时捕获染色体构象和 DNA 甲基化的单细胞多组学技术。加入北京大学后,李国强博士课题组将致力于利用单细胞多组学和功能基因组学等研究手段,探索真核细胞内表观遗传修饰,三维基因组构象,以及非编码调控元件在基因表达调控方面的分子机制和功能,并以此为核心对细胞分化、胚胎发育以及重大疾病中基因表达失调的分子机制和可能的治疗手段进行深入研究。
