个人简介

  张泽民博士,北京大学生命科学学院讲席教授,北京大学生物医学前沿创新中心(BIOPIC)与未来基因诊断高精尖创新中心研究员,北大-清华生命联合中心高级研究员。在2014年加入北大以前,曾长期就任基因泰克/罗氏公司(Genentech/Roche),担任癌症基因组学和生物信息学的首席,致力于应用机器学习和高通量测序等高新技术进行抗癌药靶和生物标记物的发现。他在计算癌症生物学和癌症基因组学的多个方向上都是开拓者、引领者,包括世界首例肿瘤全基因组测序, 同时也是Cell Systems和Genome Medicine的编委。张泽民是60个专利的发明者,并在多项癌症治疗药物的分子靶标的原创发现中做出了直接贡献。 他的学术经历包括南开大学遗传学学士、CUSBEA学者、宾州州立大学细胞与分子生物学博士、伯克利加州大学信息技术训练、旧金山加州大学实验医学博士后训练。目前承担了国家自然科学基金重点项目,任国家精准医学重大专项首席科学家。

  张泽民实验室致力于应用最前沿的基因组学和生物信息学技术来解决肿瘤免疫中的重要问题,结合计算和实验方法(干/湿)来揭示肿瘤发生过程、肿瘤微环境和肿瘤对药物的应答等生物学现象中的系统趋势和功能因子。首先,我们应用单细胞测序技术来阐明肿瘤微环境特别是肿瘤浸润免疫细胞的精确组成和功能状态,利用生物信息方法探究肿瘤内部各类细胞的特异属性、相互关系、及动态变化,从而开拓克服肿瘤的新颖方法。第二,我们将尖端生物信息学方法应用到癌症基因组学大数据中,以揭示癌症的亚型、驱动基因以及其他导致功能事件发生的遗传基础,如基因融合、等位基因差异表达、肿瘤特异表达的转录异构体等。第三,我们开发原创性的生物信息学工具来进行单细胞基因组学数据和大规模癌症基因组学数据的分析、整合和可视化,从而使得这些数据可以更有效地为广大科研共同体服务。最终,我们希望以肿瘤免疫基因组学研究推动癌症免疫治疗和靶向治疗的发展。
