个人简介

  1980年出生,2002年本科毕业于北京大学生命学院,2008年博士毕业于美国密歇根大学,2009-2011年在美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校进行博士后研究,2011-2013年在加州大学圣地亚哥分校任项目科学家。2014年回到北京大学工作。

  肖俊宇课题组通过生物化学和结构生物学手段研究与人体疾病密切相关的蛋白分子,尤其在激酶和免疫球蛋白方向取得了重要贡献。激酶介导的磷酸化修饰是调控各种细胞过程的重要机制,免疫球蛋白则是免疫系统的重要组成成分。近年来,肖俊宇课题组集中研究了一系列新型激酶的功能与调控机制,为理解相关疾病的分子机理奠定了基础。肖俊宇课题组还系统研究了人体免疫球蛋白IgM和IgA组装、转运、及与病原体蛋白的相互作用。此外,肖俊宇课题组还积极参与了抗击新冠病毒的工作,阐明了多个高活性中和抗体的分子机制。
